Tiniest of Sudden Changes in Navigation, Original UI, Colour System, Senior User Journeys, Notifications, Tone of Voice, Information Architecture, Gesture Design, Buttons, Microinteractions, Imagery, Menus, Animations, Swipes, Scrolls, Communication - Progress, Standby, Error Messaging can make or break a relationship especially in our increasingly technology dependent world of Senior Citizens. We all share a greater responsibility towards their journey with our Brand, Product, Service or the most complex or basic Digital Experiences.
