3 - Is my data safe and is the company ensuring that it doesn't get lost, bartered or sold over time? 🦺
4 - How fresh is it? Especially if the goods are perishable. Is it made in a food grade space or a healthy kitchen? What are the ingredients like? Top notch or basic at best. 🥗
5 - Are the FMCG SKUs and goods coming directly from the brand's warehouse to the delivery warehouse? Or is this some other lookalike vendor? 💯
6 - Is it a mere listing or is the restaurant or store really real? 🔎
7 - Will the delivery experience - our parcel, food, goods or order be safe and will the engagement with the crew be a safe one? Do they care about us as much as we do about them? Especially for senior citizens. Does the company care about them and is doing enough for them? 🫶
8 - Does the Chatbot and the Customer Care helpline really work? Or is it just a bot masquerading as a human? Also, do pop up/overlayed ratings help or improve the experience? 🤖
9 - If I return my order for genuine reasons will I get a refund? If yes, how many days? If it does get picked up, does it reach the brand back safely? ✈️
10 - Social presence and response management is great. But what about response resolution and queries being closed? 🙋
